This is our sparkling Almond Flavored Wine!

This is a variation of a wine that we've had in several other places, but ours is less sweet and less almond. Mike thought the others were overpowering both in sweetness and almond flavor. We started with a neutral white wine (Pinot Grigio) then added some Almond Extract to give it a nice nutty-almond flavor. This BRUT wine is quickly becoming one of our most popular offerings.

This wine was named by Mike's stepdaughter, Carly.
